Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Northern Virginia until 11:00 P.M....

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect for northern Virginia until 11:00 P.M. Strong storms developing to our north may produce frequent lightning, damaging winds and hail. A couple of isolated storms may develop in central Virginia this evening as well. The watch area includes the Fredericksburg area and points north and west.
