A Tornado Watch is in effect until 2AM north & west of Richmond. This includes Hanover, Goochland, Caroline, Louisa, Charlottesville & Fredericksburg (as well as points north into the DC area). A line of heavy rain and strong winds will move into the region this evening. Strong, damaging wind gusts in excess of 60 mph are possible, along with the possibility for an isolated tornado.
