TD#2 forms in the western Gulf...

Tropical Depression #2 has formed in the western Gulf of Mexico. It could become Tropical Storm Bonnie before making an expected landfall near the Texas/Mexico border late Thursday afternoon or evening. A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect along the Texas coast south of Baffin Bay to the mouth of the Rio Grande...and along the coast of Mexico from Rio San Fernando to the mouth of the Rio Grande.
